I am honored to be your leadership expert, a coach to guide you through your life changing moments.

A leader is someone who inspires and motivates others to achieve greatness in their lives. This definition is equally applicable to leaders in companies as it is to how you relate to your own life - being a self-leader. Great Leaders have vision and understand how to motivate themselves and others to see and achieve that vision. Great leaders understand that change is a constant and they know how to constantly reinvent themselves.

I created two big reinventions of my own, and many tiny ones. My first reinvention happened at age 27, when I was widowed from my first husband and business partner. While the overnight. life-changing event was thrust upon me, my choice to use the tragedy to awaken and choose a new spiritual path in my life was my own doing. Within a year, I lost 90 pounds and started a new life for myself fearlessly pursuing my dream of acting in Los Angeles. I even wrote a memoir about the whole experience. 20 years later, I look back at it as the most important and positive turning point of my life. The second time came 11 years later where at 38, I found myself getting a divorce and becoming a single mom. Back to the drawing board of figuring out who I was - out on my own. I went back to school completing a masters in spiritual psychology at the University of Santa Monica. I moved back to my hometown of New Orleans, and I threw myself into learning to be a coach and focued my attention on being of service to others, opening up a Healing Arts Studio. In addition to heading up Learning and Development at a Tech company in Los Angeles, I'm certified as a Professional Coach (from IPEC) where I focus on leadership development coaching for individuals and companies.

I am so inspired by the concept of second (and third and fourth) chances. It's never too late to start over again, to reinvent and rediscover the leader inside of yourself. Every day is a new day and that is the most beautiful, grace-filled gift. It's a gift given to each and everyone of us ... and that includes you! If you have a dream or vision for yourself that you are serious about attaining but are having trouble getting there, I would love to be your coach. If you have had change forced upon you, by death, divorce, job loss or illness, and you are trying to create a new life for yourself, I would love to be your coach. If you want to step into a greater position of leadership at work, I would love to be your coach. Let's start the conversation.

Pain pushes you - until your vision pulls you.

The first step is the hardest

Are you letting go of who you used to be to reinvent yourself? The first step onto that bridge between old and new is the hardest. It's foggy, it's wobbly and your fears are filling the air trying to get you to turn back. The stronger your vision of the new you is - the more strength you'll have to cross the bridge.

You are supported

Whether you know it or not, when you declare with all of your heart that you are reinventing yourself, the whole universe conspires to support and assist you. Our minds hate change and they try and talk you out of it - by telling you it's too risky or too scary or you're too old for this. That's where a partnership with a great coach can make a big difference. A coach will help you uncover the thoughts and limiting beliefs that are shackling you.

Don't ever feel like your best days are behind you. Reinvention is the purest form of hope. Make today your best day yet.
